• Sole escalation engineer for a top four U.S. turkey processor supporting their internal IT team for all level 3 escalations and network work as the client grew from 10 to 18 sites across six states in three months, nearly doubling their footprint
• Planned and led network migrations across eight facilities the same client acquired from Cargill, sole lead engineer on the first three sites, then lead of a two-engineer team on a four-site cutover roughly three times its size, completed in a single Friday–Monday window during four days of facility downtime
• Replaced legacy SD-WAN with next-generation firewalls and established site-to-site IPsec tunnels integrating each acquired facility into the client's multi-site WAN
• Operate and extend a 400+ device Cisco campus environment across Catalyst 9500 StackWise Virtual cores, mixed-generation Catalyst access switching, HSRP-redundant distribution carrying OT networks, and 9800 WLC pairs in HA SSO with guest anchor
• Design and support wireless across Cisco 9800 and Ruckus platforms for plant-floor, warehouse, and office environments
• Manage SonicWall, Cisco, and Meraki edge across a 200+ firewall fleet, including coordinated zero-day mitigation and Duo MFA with Entra ID SAML SSO for AnyConnect and SonicWall SSLVPN remote access
• Led CJIS compliance initiatives for county jail and 911 center clients. Met directly with stakeholders to assess gaps, scoped remediation, and implemented solutions end to end
• Scope and design network refreshes across the firm's client base, assessing current-state environments and producing sized equipment recommendations and bills of materials across Cisco Catalyst, Ruckus, SonicWall, Aruba, and Meraki
• Deployed PRTG network monitoring, created monitors, automated alerts, and built a status dashboard integrated with internal digital signage
